About this policy

I am Dr. Ghada Dridi, based in the Netherlands. I am responsible for the personal information I collect through ghadadridi.com, contact enquiries, the S.U.C.C.E.E.D. assessment and discovery-session bookings.

Information I collect

When you contact me, complete an assessment or book a session, I may collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Information you share about your professional background, relocation, career challenges and goals.
  • Your assessment answers.
  • Appointment details and booking responses.
  • Messages you send through my contact form or by email.

My hosting provider may also process technical information, such as your IP address and server logs, to operate and protect the website.

Please avoid sharing medical information or other sensitive personal details in forms or email enquiries.

How I use your information

I use your information to respond to enquiries, review assessments, prepare discovery sessions, manage appointments and provide coaching services.

I process information to take steps you request before a coaching agreement, fulfil an agreement, or pursue legitimate interests such as responding to general enquiries and protecting the website.

If an activity requires your consent, I ask for it separately. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Services I use

The following providers support my website and services:

  • Tally: assessment forms.
  • Calendly: appointment bookings.
  • Google Calendar and Google Meet: scheduling and online sessions.
  • Namecheap / EasyWP: website hosting.
  • Namecheap email services: business email.

These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Their privacy notices provide further details.

How long I keep your information

If you complete an assessment but do not become a client, I keep your responses for six months from submission. I then delete them from Tally and any downloaded or emailed copies.

I keep enquiries and appointment records only as long as necessary to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. If you become a coaching client, I explain the relevant retention periods in a separate client privacy notice.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. You may also request restricted processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Updates

I may update this policy when my services or practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date. Where required, I will notify you of significant changes.
